About Judi
Judi Epstein, MSN, ARNP
I have been a healer for most of my life and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for over three decades. As the founder of Embodied Integral Wellness, an Integrative and Functional Medicine Telehealth Practice, I serve families in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, New Hampshire, Vermont, Michigan, New York, Iowa, and Florida.
My education is grounded in evidence-based, Integrative Medicine, and my philosophy of practice is steeped in Functional Medicine, specializing in ‘root cause’ care.
With over three decades of experience and personal insight into overcoming health challenges, I truly believe in the body’s innate wisdom and the ability to heal.
About the Practice
My practice emphasizes food as medicine, helping families understand how diet influences not just the body, but also the mind. I focus on the vital gut-brain connection, which plays a significant role in emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. I design customized support plans using nutritional and herbal supplements, lifestyle interventions, prescription and compounded medications, and specialized lab tests (such as food allergy panels, genetic markers, hormone, and digestive panels) to assist in restoring balance and vitality. By considering the whole person—body, mind, and spirit— I educate and offer guidance that can empower individuals and families to make informed choices that nurture long-term health and well-being.
Statement of Land acknowledgement: “I acknowledge the First Nations People, original inhabitants of the lands where I have the privilege to live, work and play here in the Pacific Northwest. The Coast Salish People, specifically of the sduhubš – Snohomish Tribe, the dxʷlilap Tulalip Tribe, and the sdukʷalbixʷ-Snoqualmie Tribe have been the stewards of these lands and waters since time immemorial. With deep respect for their sovereignty, I honor their sacred spiritual connection with the land, the waters, the plants and the more-than-human kin across Mother Earth.”
