These rates reflect the base cost of my work, and a sliding scale is available above these amounts.

If you are able to contribute more, your generosity helps to support others with less access and fills in the economic gaps, allowing Embodied Integral Wellness to remain sustainable while also making it possible to offer flexibility to others.

Community Care/Supporting Rate: Please choose this tier if your ‘bottle’ is abundantly full, if you hold wealth, own property or have access to financial abundance.

Sustaining Rate: Please choose this tier if you are financially stable, can afford small luxuries, can meet your basic needs and want to help sustain this work. This is the most common tier.

Base/Supported Rate: Please choose this tier if you are experiencing some degree of hardship or precarity and though you may be meeting your basic needs, you have little extra and some basic needs may slip through the cracks. (Please contact Judi if even this price is a hardship)

Initial Intake (75-90 min) – $600+/550/500

Included in this fee is:

    • 90+ minutes reviewing intake forms and records
    • 75-90 minute session with the provider
    • 30+ minutes finalizing your individualized recommendations (available within 72 hours after your session)

During your initial session, a thorough review of your intake questionnaire will be done, and personalized testing is generally recommended depending on your health goals. Testing and lab costs are not included in the session cost.

Follow-Up Session (45 min) – $250+/225/200

(Each Additional 15 min – $75)

Included in this fee is:

    • 45+ minutes preparing for your session
    • 45-minute session with the provider
    • 30+ minutes finalizing your recommendations (available within 72 hours after your session)

Comprehensive Lab Review – for existing members (60 min) – $375+/350/325

(Each Additional 15 min – $75)

Included in this fee is:

    • 60+ minutes reviewing your labs and preparing for your session
    • 60-minute session with the provider
    • 30+ minutes finalizing your recommendations (available within 72 hours after your session)

Cancellation Policy: Embodied Integral Wellness requires 72 business hours (Monday–Thursday) notification via the online Charm portal messaging system for cancellation or to reschedule. However, if you have a Monday appointment scheduled, you need to cancel by Thursday of the previous week.

-$250 cancellation fee for Initial Intake
-$115 cancellation fee for a Follow-Up Session
-$165 cancellation fee for a Comprehensive Lab Review

Judi Epstein, MSN, ARNP and Embodied Integral Wellness (EIW) is not contracted with any insurance companies and does not accept health insurance and is also opted out of Medicare. Clients will be charged via a credit card, debit card, FSA card, or HSA card on file when you schedule your sessions. Upon request, we can provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, as an out-of-network Provider. It is up to you to communicate with your insurance company prior to scheduling your appointment if you have any questions regarding eligibility for reimbursement.
